    Yes, Delicious would be good, as would Diigo, where they can highlight and comment on webpages. Another possibility would be Issuu, which I have not investigated thoroughly, but appears to be an artile-sharing site.

    Can teacher hear our pain running school in a rural area of Nepal? We are losing 3 classrooms and have to build 3 more classrooms within Middle of this April. I'm trying to find at least 15 donors who can donate minimum $100 each for this noble cause. plz give me ur feedback as soon as possible. Hope you all love to educate children for better future of better world.
