Hi Chris. I was wondering if you and your students would be interested in participating in a nationwide SAT Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. If not, perhaps you have some educator contacts you could direct me to. You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!
Chris, no problem. In the past I've used a few different agenda's. Here's a link to 1 where I used a "build a bear" analogy http://docs.google.com/Presentation?id=dmzvbbp_341hgsvbn4k. What I would keep in mind is that the real learning comes when teachers can see and play with something that directly extends to their own classroom (and this is hard to do depending on the audience). So if you have examples, that's perfect, if you have a course that teachers can easily see and play with as students/guests, event better!
Shoot me an email anytime or chat me up joseph.thibault@gmail.com.
Best,

ps, excuse that presentation as it was made about 18 months ago as I was still myself learning the ropes. I also recommend checking out the Lego analogy video that Tomaz Lasic made, it's great.
