About Me
i'm a university teacher (german literature, media studies, semiotics of culture), had as training course for being an "e-learning author" 6 years ago, and am working as a researcher for a research studio focusing on "microlearning". (yes, that's a buzzword, but ...)
we are organizing an international conference about microlearning in the sense of "learning immersed in microcontent environments".

among the participants were Bryan Alexander, Stephen Downes, George Siemens, Thomas Vander Wal, Norm Friesen, and some other great people.

in fact, "classroom without walls" will be the title on one of four tracks in 2007. i'm tagging matching content with "classroom" in delicious. so i'm quite excites having found this community.

    Ich finde es gut, dass endlich mal jemand etwas auf Deutsch in classroom 2.0 macht. Ich arbeite in meinem Unterricht mit einer Plattform, Weblogs, Webquests u.a. und bilde Kollegen in den neuen Tools fort. Auf europäischer Ebene koordiniere ich ein Schulentwicklungsprojekt 'Developing digital skills @ school' (www.digiskills.eu), das unter dem Rahmen von Comenius läuft. Hans Feldmeier (s.u.) ist auch dabei. Ein sehr kompetenter Partner! Ich freue mich auf eine fruchtbare Zusammenarbeit.
