  Hello Rob and welcome to classroom2.0 You certainly come with one of the more unusual teaching areas. I teach in Australia and as I live in a small rural, remote type area, my husband and I are members of the CERT team (Community Emergency Response Team) so we are trained continually in first aid and go to an ambulance callout, keep the patient comfortable until the ambulance comes, as the ambulance is at least 30 mins away.
