    Hi Sylvia,

There's a very good chance that I'll be in Palm Springs.

Hey, I'm trying real hard to start a new social network for content teachers. The purpose of this network, http://www.teachingcontent.ning.com, is to provide a venue in which teachers can discuss how to use technology to promote the highest quality teaching and learning within specific content areas.

I'd be grateful if you would take a look at it. Maybe you'll be interested in joining and helping to drive quality dialogue.

    Thanks,

    Andy

    Sylvia,

Hi, this is Kevin. Hope your summer is going well and you had some time to relax.

I've started a new Ning network for Middle School Science Teachers and I thought you might like to join as you are (may be) also a m.s. science teacher. I also love math and school applications. I thought it would be really good to have just middle school science teachers share some of their labs, demos, concerns, what works and what doesn't about teaching this level. Hope to see you there.

    Thanks, Kevin

    Hi Sylvia,

I looked at your post on 21st century education. I think web technologies will play a prominent role in the future of technology.

Technologies like Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's web based power point presentation system have proven quite useful to me and my online class.
