<p> My specialism is Fine Art and I have recently had a lesson observation. Points for development were related to the size of my class. I was noted that because of the large class size (34) it made quieter communication less likely and occasional off task behaviour more probable. Secondly, the individual contributions of individual contributions was limited by the presence of 30 learners. Class size isn't down to me, but I still need suggestions to deal with it.</p>
