If any of these staffers at USDOE have bothered to see what people are doing in real classrooms, or if they are making arbitrary blanket statements in keeping with the herd mentality. Why don't people ever question them about their actual experience with this in addition to statistics?   

If you have, can you share your experiences/challenges in using it? Would you recommend it?
