The power dynamic in my district are the parents.

The parent is an essential part of the school, because without the students parents there wouldn't be any students for teachers to teach. The essence is get the parent involved more in the classroom and the parent will be able to see and understand why any changes are needed and necessary.

I am in a personal leadership class and I am hoping to learn how to make better choices. How to teach myself to be more prepared, for the tenure of my curriculum and in life.
