Differentiated Instruction & Wiki

A new trimester begins tomorrow and I've been cleaning up my Level 1 French class wiki to make it more utilitarian for a new trimester's homework grid. What's a homework grid, you ask? Well, it's a collection of assignment choices grouped into different category-types (vocabulary, reading-writing, speaking-listening, technology, and culture). Class Wiki

I'm really feeling a lot of success with my 1st year French class wiki. There is growing evidence that they use the links and videos to do their homework. Students talk about the videos, and one student even sent me a new video link to add. My latest coup in bringing kids to web 2.0 technology has been with comic strip generators.
