In college I always appreciated the professors who gave us the opportunity to give feedback. But it seems that not all professors cared enough to take the time to gather that feedback. I agree that this is a good way to break down any barriers between the teacher and students. The resulting transparency will build trust and engage students to take ownership of their learning experience.
