This 4th and 5th grade class had a go at it for a day. The teacher, Mr. Bedley, met for about 10 minutes before school started with Brianna, the class leader. Mr. Bedley went over the day and then turned things over to Brianna and the other 31 students. What you see is snippets of the day. Things went very smoothly, but when they didn't, Mr. Bedley stayed out and let the kids solve their own problems. The students have been trained to follow routines. They have been taught to think for themselves and care about their own education. For more teaching ideas, please visit http://www.timbedley.com.
