Google Customized Search to find Multimedia Resources

Do you have any customized Google searches that you have created or use to help teachers be able to find and use multimedia easily? You could also use customized Google searches to limit students to search only the several websites you have entered in a customized search.

I created 2, one for Virginia teachers and 1 that searches the world. You can easily limit the search to only find PowerPoints, Smartboard Notebooks, Kidspirations files, Quia Games, Portaportals, Word Files etc.

1. Try Entire Web Search using #3
2. Type in a key word and hit return
3. On the results screen, click on a refinement to see only PowerPoints, Word, Smartboard Notebook, Kidspiration files etc.
