I teach Hospitality & Tourism to grade 11 & 12 students. We are part of Specialist High Skills Major program. My classroom is actually located in a hotel. Students are bussed in 5 days a week. They actually work in different departments throughout the complex...restaurant, bowling alley, two kitchens, front desk, maintenance and housekeeping
