Network Policies and rules

I have just created a network for my school and has been asked to put policies in place. It is a private network (we decided this is the best course of action as it is a school project)

We did workshops with the teachers and staff to get them familiar with the ning interface and WOW they are having a ball! But already, and the network is a week old, there are tons of videos which we feel have no bearing on teaching and learning. Now I realise that we will have to guide everybody on all this. Have any of you created acceptable use/netiquette guidelines forn your classes/school?
