Creating a Shared Vision for Technology Integration

I'm a technology integration specialist at a K-5 school, and this is my first year in this position. I see a real need to help my faculty and staff develop a school-wide vision for embedding technology into instructional practices. Has anyone tried to lead your school through a process to develop such a vision? Do you know of any online tools, resources, or examples that would help to facilitate the process of developing a vision? I still working with teachers just hoping they see the need to make a plunge with technology. How do you get teachers to see a need to have technology used as a tool in their classroom?
