Desperately seeking text of Whoopi Goldberg's "Crippled Lady"

One of our Speech & Debate students performed Whoopi Goldberg's "Crippled Lady" and won at a state competition. She transcribed it from the DVD which we now realized is against the rules. We MUST find it published in text format or she will be robbed of her award! THANK YOU for any direction or help you can provide!
