One thing I've learned about Classroom 2.0 over the last year is that sometimes the multitudes are faster and more efficient than the individual. For reasons not worth discussing (private Web 1.0 concerns--haha) I need a survey maker that looks good printed. I like the online Wufoo, but need printed copies. I'll be looking around for one but if you've constructed a survey that prints well let me know. Thanks in advance. N.

Not seeing a response to this yet, but without much experience, wondering if you know surverymonkey...

Also, could you use the new forms feature in Google docs?

You can create survey with using of Skill Evaluation Lab. The printing feature is available at this tool. So you can try with this software. Free trial available at http://www.onlineexamlab.com/sel/register.html
