ThinkQuest help needed

MAny years ago, there was a webquest on ThinkQuest that helped teach critical-thinking skills / persuasion. It was all about a substance known as hydroxy-something and went on and on about how "bad" it was - eroded soil, covered 2/3 of the earth, etc. By the end of the webquest, many kids would be convinced that it was terrible and should be banned. Turns out, the substance is water - good ol' H2O.

Does anyone else remember this? I'm trying to get to it.
