Environmental Day...looking for ideas!

We will be hosting our first Environmental Day next spring. Our intention is that it will be a culmination celebration of the many initiatives, projects, etc. that we kicked off at the start of the school year. I would greatly appreciate any thoughts or suggestions you might share for such an event...on initiatives, events, speakers and semester student projects for all disciplines, K - 12.
