Bulletin Board Software?

Has anyone used any bulletin board software that they can recommend? I'm looking for something I can embed into my site, customize the look of (to match my site), and has pretty good security. I've tried phpbb and am now using vbulletin but would like to see what else is out there that might be nifty to use.
