Web 3.0 (Semantic Web)

I'm just wondering what people think of when the evolution/fad of Web 2.0 moves to Web 3.0. It appears that the biggest change is that of the World Wide Web to the Semantic Web. http://www.w3schools.com/semweb/default.asp This does appear to be the next generation of technology integration.

I'm just curious as to your thoughts on where all this might be heading virtual reality/space (second life, edusim), AI, etc. etc.

Thanks, I absolutely love the Blog!!! I also agree w/ your thoughts on more SaaS applications as being the wave of the future, it's almost along the lines of "cloud computing".
