Differences in installing ATutor and Moodle

Would anyone be interested in a brief description of the procedures to get either of these two up and running?

I use http://www.lunarpages.com, so the install would be based on their free hosting.

Carl,
I am trying to decide where it is best to install Moodle. Our school does not allow downloads to be installed. Hopefully, I can find a good place to start, to show how it works, and ultimately get the school to join us. :) Next year I will have about 160 students and some of the hosting sites limit to 150 students for the least expensive way.
On a related note-Have you used Moodle? If so, I would be interested in your thoughts. I teach high school ( Religious Studies).
