Fostering Professional Collaboration In The Divide

I am meeting with some administration from my school district to discuss ways in which to foster collaboration within schools and the district (school-to-school). I have written a blog post at . I am looking for more suggestions as I am probably in over my head.

What does your district do to ensure that teachers are working together? To ensure that schools are working together?

Hi Steven,

Good question--you're focusing in on what really counts: creating learning communities.

Just curious: What would you see as evidence that teachers are working together? If a person walked around the school, they might see or hear about....? What would you see if schools were working together?
