Workshop Series

Our school year just ended and I am planning some new staff development activities for when teachers return. One of my goals is to develop a monthly in person discussion forum to present, share examples, and dialogue on Web 2.0 technologies and trends. We have a tremendous network and supporting equipment to apply the tools - so there are few technical hurdles. My challenge is to truly engage staff to integrate these resources. Can anyone share successful workshop descriptions that they found effective? Thanks.
