Honor Committee

Does anyone have experience using an Honor "jury" to listen to cases where students have broken the signed "honor code" in Middle School? We are beginning a rotating "jury" made up of 6-8th grade students, and I must develop our policies and proceedures as well as train students and teachers who will sit on the jury. I'd love to correspond in this forum or off-line.
