We have a winner of our Blog Contest.

A contribution from the blog Be Think: A Place To Ponder. The post, English Language Learners At Risk, was written by guest author Candace Harper and discussed new Florida legislation restricting funding for ESL reading programs. It won with nearly 60% of the votes cast. Congratulations!
