F2F classroom & remote location

I have a blended (60-40, F2F-online) class with an out-of-state student who is taking the course.

Does anyone have suggestions for the remote location student to participate(audio, video) in real time during the F2F classes (e.g., cellphones on speakerphone)?

The classroom is equipped with a desktop PC, Internet access, and computer projector. We can get a Webcam for the classroom and the remote students.
