Podcast hosting

I'm in the process of creating podcasts with my students and wanted them to post them to their blogs. In order to do this I must host them on the internet. Has anyone accomplished this task with a large number of students? I'd like each group (There are 45) to have a separate website hosting their podcast episodes.
I have some web space available, just need guidance from there.
