Web 2.0 for Administrators

I will be giving an overview of emerging tech in education to a group of administrators with a focus on web 2.0 tools. Does anyone have any specific thoughts on what I should include for them? I will be discussing PLN's and will be including classroom 2.0.

If I was going to talk to admins about Web 2.0, I wouldn't talk--I'd show. Show the best examples you can find of kids doing great learning and thinking, I've seen (and done) some amazing stuff. Remember ning cannot be used with kids under 13.
