My name is Cherisa Chapa. I'm an IT Professional that has worked in many non-profit environments, as well as commercial and manufacturing industries. I have worked as an Technologist in a school district and have taught as an Adjunct Instructor in three separate community colleges in Texas. I am a Ph.D. in Educational Methodology, Policy, and Leadership aiming to become a change agent in the K-12 arena for more policy, systems, and instructional design that centers on student interests, builds strengths-based aspirations, and develops creativity, global-mindedness, and the entrepreneurial spirit for students and educators.

I live, work, and study in Eugene, OR currently and have almost eight years in the field.

My name is Tom. I am a father of three and I recently graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Elementary Education. I spent about five months working as a substitute teacher and am currently searching for my first teaching position in the Bloomington/Normal IL area. I am the Director of First School, which are three preschool and child care centers located throughout Southern California. First School provides a hands-on approach to preschool education and Child Care programs that emphasizes all around child development. I'm Karen Clendenin and I teach 4th grade Advanced Academics students in Fairfax County, Virginia, just outside D.C. I found out about this site through an online class this summer. I am working to increase my use of different technologies in the classroom.
