Hello World - My name is Mae and I was born in June - seriously! I am currently enrolled in the Ed Tech program @ Pace University and graduating this May! I am starting work part -time as a technology consultant for the New York School for the Deaf. As of September, I will be certified as an Educational Technology Specialist, K-12, and as a classroom teacher, B-2 & 1-6. I am hoping to have my own classroom come September, be it as a ETS or classroom teacher - I'm sure I will find a way to infuse technology wherever I land! I am looking forward to learning a lot from this group - you can never know it all!
Hi everybody! I am very excited to be a part of classroom 2.0. My name is Chuck Serventi, and I have been blogging, podcasting, and live broadcasting to my 5th grade students for the past 2 years on a social networking site called HelloWorld (www.helloworld.com/cserventi). I look forward to showing more teachers how they can use the internet to make a difference in the lives of their students.
I am also a musician of over 20 years, performing in the southwest. My main instruments are Congas and Drums. I have been blessed to play with many many amazing musicians in the Las Vegas area, even at Caesar's Palace!
I currently live in Page / Lake Powell Arizona with my beautiful wife and 2 wonderful children (12 and 10)..

I am a faculty member is the Education Program at Colby College in Maine. I'm preparing to teach a required introductory special education course this semester. So right now I'm interested in the forums that relate to inclusion, assistive technology, and special education in general.
I'm also eager to show my college students that educators have social networking pages.
Welcome. There is an inclusion group here that you may want to join. Recently there was an interesting conversation in the Forum discussing podcasting as a tool with inclusion classes. We look forward to having your perspective in the discussions!
My name is Jason Edwards. I am the Director of Educational Technology at the Khartoum International Community School in Khartoum, Sudan. Our school has about 400 students, half Sudanese and half expatriate.
I am anxious to learn the tools you use in your part of the world. I have recently created a learning community site and we are currently collaborating with students in Europe. The Maze hosts content for use by both teachers and students, so feel free to join us and share as well. Educational podcasts are available for use by students and teachers. Currently we have content in Math and World History, as well as US history.
Classroom 2.0 is great as it allows the world to collaborate!
