Hello. My name is Jason Allen from Philadelphia, PA and I work at the National Constitution Center. Hello everyone.

As a Director of the well known K-12 educational software publisher Zane Publishing Inc., I am pleased to anounce that Zane's partnership with ZP Online Publishing Ltd has resulted in the completion of the conversion of all Zane's 250 CD-ROM titles for online delivery.

As from late January 2009, schools, homeschoolers, tutors, teachers and students in the U.S. will be able to access and use all of Zane's K-12 educational video content online at a fraction of the cost that it was provided previously. In addition the companies have invested heavily in a range of curriculum content that will also be provided.

With over 1,000 online video titles, each with it's own online interactive testing facility, we look forward to pursuing affiliation and partnership opportunities in a wide variety of countries around the world.

The new website will be at www.ZaneEducation.com and all those interested in being advised of the launch are asked to email me at nick@zponlinepublishing.com

Hello everyone,

My name is Bill Oldham and I am a sessional IT teacher for Year 11 and 12 students at Chisholm TAFE in Victoria, Australia.

During the last year I have made a start on using blogs and wikis in my classes. was told by students that my podcsts attempts were a great alternative to sleeping tablets. Cheeky sods! However, when I listened to my podcasts, I could only stay awake for five minutes. Then the eyelids closed and that was all she wrote.

May try to get my podcasts onto the ABC New Inventors show as a sleeping aid.

Otherwise, this is my first attempt to become part of the social network for others using web 2.0 tools in their teaching and learning.

I'm halfway through a M Ed (ICT) at the University of Melbourne

Please comment or link me up to your blogs. http://0woldham9schoolblogsin2009.blogspot.com/

Regards, Bill Oldham
