Hi,
My name is Rachelle. I am a consultant and have recently received my doctorate in Education Leadership with an emphasis on technologically innovative schools. I am interested in collaborating with others in entrepreneurial ways. As a constructivist educator, I am interested in exploring opportunitites to open a school in the NYC metropolitan area along the constructivist framework with possibilities for distance learning. If you are interested in exploring this with me, please contact me. If you have other thoughts, I would also be interested in discussing.
Thank you,
Rachelle
Hello, my name is Jessica. I teach high school Spanish in NJ. I love how web 2.0 can help my students improve their communication skills in the target language. I am always looking for new collaborative projects and ways to help my students improve.
I look forward to sharing ideas and learning with all of you.
Hi everyone,

I am a Year 8 teacher in New Zealand who has an interest in utilising web 2.0 in the class room. I am interested in chatting with people who can tell me how they have fared with various applications, in particular looking at how the use of such applications has impacted on your teaching practice and the learning of your students. Exciting to see so many people here interested in the pretty much the same thing! Very cool.
I am a fourth grade teacher in Beaufort, South Carolina. I teach math, science and writing (my passion is science and writing and I am getting up to speed on the math front). I am new to Web 2.0 but am moving at light speed (for me). I am a career change (39 years old) and this is my second year in the classroom (last year 6th grade science). My students are blogging and I would love to collaborate with other fourth grade classes. I have already done one collaboration and it was so good I am looking for more opportunites. If you have anything going on in your classroom/blog/skype/wiziq/wiki that you would like us to participate in please let me know. I listed my classroom websites and blog sites below (I use science notebooks and started blogging about the process if anyone is interested).

My name is Nathan and I am a high school social studies teacher in Iowa. I have joined Classroom 2.0 to learn about the latest technology trends in the classroom and apply them to my classroom. I also have a passion for working with curriculum and am currently looking for ways to incorporate technology into the courses offered in my district. I am fortunate enough to be a part of a large school district that is building a new high school and hopefully will be equipped with all the latest technological tools for education. I look forward to learning more about how other teachers around the world incorporate technology into their classroom.
