Hello Everyone,

My name is Scott Wilsey and I am a high school science teacher in Michigan.  Glad to be joining you.

Hello, Kat here from Orlando, Fl. I work in el-hi educational publishing and am very interested to see how tech is being used in the classroom and what kinds of ideas teachers might have for future products.  Our company works with the "big four" schoolbook publishers as well as small, family owned supplemental firms.  Everyone is moving in the digital direction, but they are not really sure where they are going. We are hearing a bit of talk about social networking in the classroom, and I'm interested to see how this kind of platform can be used. Glad to have stumbled across this site!
I'm Stephanie.  My degree is in elementary education and special education.  I am hoping to continue my study possibly getting a masters in education technology.  I teach in a small town in Indiana.  I have many roles at the school, teaching various subjects for 5-8 grade.   When coming to the school I teach at very little technology was available, but as I am there I am continuing to lead the push into integrating more technology.  I believe technology is the wave of the future, and as teacher we need to embrace it.  I am seeing what resources are available and excited to connect with teachers that have the same ideas as I do in integrating technology in education.
Hi all!

I'm Alberto from Rome, Italy. I'm a pshychologist of knowledge and I worked for several years in serious games' projects as researcher in the Italian National Council of Research. Recently I started a company and one of our main topics is serious games design and development. As a young company we are very interested in this kind of technology and also in keeping eyes on the educational trend progress. We'd love to get in touch with different "realities" to create some networking...

Kind regards,
Alberto
Hello everyone! My name is Jenna Sementelli, I am from Bangor, Maine and I am studying Elementary Education at the University of Maine at Orono. A class I am currently taking is all about incorporating technology in the classroom, and I am just taking in all of the information, ideas, and experiences!
I am Mr. Kieron Boyle, high school mathematics teacher at Edgewood High School, in Trenton, Ohio.  I was introduced to technology in the classroom at the beginning of the calendar year and have been trying little things throughout this semester!  Classroom 2.0 looked like an awesome site to get more ideas and to build relationships with other teachers who share the same drive and passion for teaching and technology.
Hi! I'm Debi Shelton and I live in South Dakota. When I was a kid growing up on a ranch and attending a one-room country school I dreamed for the day that I could see what the rest of the world was like. I have gotten to travel quite a bit but now my dream is to connect with people around that world in a meaningful way to learn how you live and teach in different countries. I am inspired by what is happening in the middle east and how that was accomplished through Facebook and Twitter. If revolutions in government can be accomplished in that way so should changes and advancements in education. Please write me about your dreams for educacation and how you are making those dreams come true in your part of the world!

Hello everyone! My name is Chris Donovan and I interested in new ways technologies can be used by learners and educators. I'm substitute teaching right now and starting grad school at Cleveland State University in their Ed Tech program. I'm highly imaginative about how a new (to me) piece of technology could be used by teachers and students. I'm a huge optimist and generally a positive guy. Being polite makes me feel good. I'm exploring a concept I call "Freelance Educator'.
Hi everyone.  My name is Paul.  I went back to school 2 1/2 years ago at the age of 42 to get my degree in Childhood/Special Ed.  I am currently a Junior at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY.  I was introduced to this website through a technology course at school.  What a great idea.  The best use of the internet I have ran across in years.  I look forward to soaking up lots of knowledge.  Over the next few days, I am going to be posting a few questions for a school project.  In a nut shell, what I want to do is compile a little booklet of advice for me and my classmates.  When it is complete, I can also post it on here.  Thanks in advance for any answers and advice given.
