Hello everyone from Beijing, China! I'm Yannis Vatis and I'm the mentoring supervisor for Australia China Investment Corporation. We run teaching internships for native English speakers majoring in Education. We're also working on our own play-based learning curriculum for teaching English in Chinese kindergartens. I'm glad to be a part of your community here at Classroom 2.0!

Hi all! My name is Jessica Martin; I live and work in the metro Atlanta area!  For the last 6 years, I taught elementary school, but I am now working with a technology company writing Elementary Curriculum--my focus right now is Math and in the near future will be Science.  The company uses augmented reality to create supplemental material for the K-5 classrooms--check out Letters Alive ( to see the current Phonics product.  I am looking to collaborate with K-5 teachers, and gain their insight on how to teach certain Math skills to Kindergarteners and to find out what is missing in the K/1 classroom!  I can't wait to get to know you better!
