For the first few pages I thought that Jay Cross was only stating the obvious. However, in laying down his approach to this magnificent work I was lulled into that eager anticipation of 'What comes next?' And, Wow! profound illustrations soon emerged on almost every page.
Perhaps one of the problems with teachers is that we work in isolation in our classrooms not often seeing what is actually going on in the big wide world. So many examples could redfine our approach to teaching, learning and our working environment.
I am now going through his 300+ pages for a second time in order to annotate where and how his illustrations can will change my Teaching and Learning strategies
