TeacherTube is another alternative, although I am not sure that quality is addressed here. It seems to me that in order to share videos via the Net, they need to be compressed and made small, thus losing some of the original quality. (I expect that will eventually change -- I hope).

Thanks for the suggestions. The video quality in http://www.revvr.com is good.
http://mashable.com/2007/06/27/video-toolbox/ is also very good.

Further, I am searching for screencast video tutorials on science topics.
I tried http://freevideolectures.com/, but many of the videos were shooted in the classrooms.
Can anybody suggest me good sites for screen cast video lectures / tutorials on science topics.

Out of the links provided there, I liked the Physics Matters link (Physics Matters: An Introduction to Conceptual Physics by James Trefil and Robert M. Hazen (at Wiley) (fyi: the website encouraged bookmarking of this page)
