Media Management

I'm looking for a solution to store pictures in a network environment that will allow users to upload, browse, tag, and search. Very similar to what Flickr does except on one of our servers. Some type of document management, content management, or media library. I have a few dozen people who will need to be able to access, upload, and tag pictures and a lot more that will need to be able to browse and search.
