I'm getting a Smartboard this year. I just went to training yesterday...what an awesome technical tool! I teach high school CTE classes and I wish there were more prepared lessons to use. I'm tired of creating my own!
Ditto for me as well. Currently, I teach the following high school CTE courses - Sports and Entertainment Marketing and Digital Communication Systems. I've found some CTE related courses from various SmartBoard blogs, tweets, and such that can be acclimated to my own CTE curriculum. Here are "some" links that may help you in your own search. I plan to start using these resources in creating my own CTE SmartBoard lesson plans and activities over the summer. Hope that this will help!
I would also add the SMARTBoard Revolution Ning to your SMARTBoard list. This is a network of over 2000 SMARTBoard users sharing ideas, files, websites, and tips. Check it out at http://smartboardrevolution.ning.com
I love using my smartboard! I use it all day long in all of my subjects. My first graders really love it when I let them pick their own activities on the smartboard at center time. They choose the interactive games most of the time. They are also just fascinated by writing and drawing with it. It adds so much to my lessons.
