Does anyone know of any good programs or websites to use to help young kids learn and/or practice basic math skills. (e.g. arithmetic, prime numbers, etc)

LearnAlberta also has a middle school version known as Junior High Math. Very useful for upper level math classes. I also found that the Math 6 Spy Guys lessons are very self-directed which are great for station activities.
You could use WiZiQ

Here's another resource that should be included in this collection:

If you are thinking of giving your child some math during the summer, http://www.goldstudent.com/ can be a good tool for you. You can think of a way to reward them for the worksheets they complete. It is amazing how well a reward can help.
