Collaborative learning in programming

I'm trying to construct a situation where many groups (in school) are working together to create a service, system or application for the Internet.

If you are interested in taking a risk where your and mine pupils (my pupils are on secondary high-school/college level) will learn programming (PHP and MySQL) together I would be more than enthustiatic.
