Help Create an online video-based course - for pay!

I'm not sure if this is an appropriate posting for this forum but I'll let my "newbie" status deflect any incoming criticism. In a nutshell, I was asked by a course developer for an online training company if I had any experience with California's CLAD certification for the purposes of creating a video-based online training course to help California teachers pass the certification test. Not having that background I said I would post an inquiry on some of the discussion lists I participate in, so if any of you have experience teaching or developing courses in CLAD preparation and would like to possibly earn some extra income developing an online video version of such a course, let me know and I will provide you with the contact information. Of course, the Classroom 2.0 members not in California would be less likely to have such background so I apologize for cluttering up the discussion area, but I figured that there might be at least a few Classroom 2.0 members in California who would appreciate the information.
