Focus Rooms /Videotaping Lessons

My school interested in creating a room where lessons can be videotaped with 4 cameras. We want to be able to use videos of lessons for teacher feedback, lesson observations, student reflection, etc. Anyone have experience with this? I need to learn more about how to build this room.
