If you feel motivated to do so, consider contacting your local paper, tell them about this unique conference, and see if they would be interested in doing a story on how teachers today can learn globally and via the internet.

The conference site, if you want to see the schedule, which is now posted, is www.k12onlineconference.org. The site has been completely redone and includes links to teaser videos, schedules for the live events, and lots of information to get you started!

The ability to watch presentations whenever you have time, to participate in a live around the world Skypecast (at the close of the conference), and to learn about new technologies is an awesome one!
