A polite request for your opinion

Hi all,

I am helping to roll out an elearning service to schools in the UK. From the very start, we have consulted teachers on the fuctionality and also we have had teachers generate the content. This has resulted in an extremely 'easy to use' interface, time saving capabilities and 24/7 access via the web. All attributes as far as I'm concerned, and teacher feedback supports this. However, we are having a little difficulty in getting the widespread usage that we crave. Teachers are such a busy bunch that I wish to learn more about how we can improve our standing on their list of priorities. What is the best way of getting teachers on-board and accessing Taecanet (www.taecanet.com) as a matter of habit?!

Chris, what a fantastic system! You have implemented features that we are still planning for Yacapaca (and which I thought I had invented - dang!). A very small suggestion - it took me a while to get to the demos, and they are what convinced me. Could you link them direct from the homepage?

Hi Ian, thanks for getting back to me. We are really pleased with our offering and thanks for the heads up on Yacapaca. Which are the demo's that you struggled to get to? I am due to give our website an overhawl in the near future and any input here would be very much welcome. However, the main thought behind my post was concerning our paying customers. Obviously sourcing new customers can be tough, but fortunately this is not my remit. My difficulty is gaining the widespread and consistent usage within our customer base. Teachers seem so busy and in some cases resistsant to change, and this is what am looking to combat. I know we have a great system that will actually save these teachers hours of work but getting on their agenda can be difficult to say the least!
