ICT, Learning Spaces and Pedagogy

I am very interested to hear from people about the changing face of schools. In my hometown in Melbourne there has been a lot of redesigning of old school buildings and creation of new schools. Many of the designs are open plan with different areas to suit different learning, such as independent learning, group work, discussions, multimedia, and reflective or quiet learning. Technology has taken a major role as has a shift in pedagogical thinking.

I'm curious to hear how your school buildings have been redesigned to allow for 21st Century Learning with ever changing technology and pedagogy.

What have been some challenges? What have been some successes?
