Updating tech skills for elementary school library media specialist

I'm only six years out of grad school and I feel like a tsunami of new technology has hit me.

I want to update my skills - and more importantly - I want to be helpful to our classroom teachers who are even further behind (most, anyway!).

Are there any other SLMS out there who would like to suggest where to begin? I would so greatly appreciate guidance. Thank you
