Looking for online Doctoral Programs

I am currently searching for an online doctoral program in either Educational/Instructional Technology, Library/Information systems, or Distance Education. I don't think I'd mind if there was a SHORT residency of some kind, but I'm the mother of small children and if I could find a good program online I'd love it! I am currently applying to the University of Nebraska, but I know applying to more than one place improves my chances. :-)
