A Teachers perspective on NCLB

I am doing a history fair at my school right now. The topic is "Innovations in History." I decided to do the No Child Left Behind Act because it effects everyone in the education community, not just the students.
On my project, I have an opinion section. I want to post different people's views on this Act.
Since it is against my school's policy to talk about that one specific topic in the classroom, I decided it needed to be taken out of the classroom.
