All School Inclusion

Next year my K-12 rural school will be having total inclusion. The vision is for team teaching between special ed teachers and the core subject teachers. Inclusion was a part of our school about ten years ago; but now they are re-designing the concept. I am wondering if anyone has had experience with this, how it went, and any suggestions. Thanks.
